While a student in the Honors Program of Elizabethtown College, I took a course on leadership which became very formative.
While studying Peter Blau's models for decisionmaking strategies, I decided to map out one of those models into a very simple hypertext state machine that could run on a web server. By asking questions, the state machine could then produce an answer for what kinds of decisions are required at various moments. Here it is:
